DOMINO CHIROPRACTIC
DR. JUSTIN HENSON
Meet Dr. Justin Henson, a vibrant and proactive chiropractor making a significant impact in his local community. Before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in 2021, Dr. Henson first earned his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Texas State University. His journey into chiropractic care began during his tenure as an athletic trainer at Houston Baptist University, where he personally witnessed the transformative effects of chiropractic treatment on his athletes' well-being.
Today, Dr. Henson stands poised to alleviate discomfort and facilitate healing among his patients. With a special fondness for athletic individuals, he has amassed extensive experience working with diverse sports teams, ranging from arena football to collegiate-level athletics.
Returning to his hometown of Boling, TX, Dr. Henson made the deliberate choice to establish his inaugural clinic. In his practice, he embraces a comprehensive approach to patient care, employing an eclectic mix of modalities such as chiropractic adjustments, hyper volt therapy, dry needling, scraping (IASTM), cupping therapy, and massage therapy. His commitment extends beyond athletes, as he welcomes patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
What ignites Dr. Henson's passion for chiropractic care? Quite simply, it's the prospect of effecting tangible improvements in the lives of individuals, by addressing their physical discomfort. His ultimate satisfaction lies in witnessing patients leave his clinic with smiles of relief, knowing that he has contributed to alleviating their pain.
During his leisure hours, you'll often find Dr. Henson embracing an active lifestyle—whether hitting the gym, embarking on a leisurely run, or exploring biking trails in the company of his loyal Jack Russell Terrier, Oliver.
ADJUSTMENTS
The purpose of Chiropractic Adjustments are to restore the right motion in joints that have become restricted or painful over time, resulting in muscle spasms, tightness, pain, and discomfort.
MASSAGE THERAPY
The scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, consisting primarily of manual (hands-on) techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and moving muscles and body tissues.
SCRAPING (IASTM)
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a great way to mobilize soft tissues to decrease pain, improve range of motion, and improve overall function. This tool provides many mechanical advantages to help with your treatment!
HYPERVOLT THERAPY
Perform better, move better, feel better. Hypervolt Therapy helps speed recover, decrease injury and increase range of motion. Recovery is equally as important as training!
DRY NEEDLING
Dry Needling treats muscle tissue and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore the body function.
STRETCHING
Increasing the flexibility of the tissues around a joint will increase its range of motion. These tissues include muscle, tendon, and fascia tissues. Each of these tissues has different properties. However, the flexibility of each can be improved with various Stretching techniques.

ABOUT DOMINO
Domino Chiropractic is more than just an office to Dr. Henson, his family, and his town. In fact, he grew up running in and out of this office ever since he was a baby. Dr. Justin Henson’s grandpa (Ross Sterling) and his brother (James Sterling AKA Uncle Boogie) purchased this office back in the 1950s because his Uncle Boogie had a dream of starting his own trucking company, “Sterling’s Vacuum Service”, which is still up and running to this day. His grandpa and Uncle Boogie poured their hearts into not only their business but the office as well in order to be successful.
As Dr. Henson's family business continued to thrive, his mother was hired as an accountant after she completed her education at Southwest Texas (Texas State University). From a young age, Dr. Henson and his brothers were brought by their mother whether it was on the weekends or after school while she was working there (and still does) to hang out with their grandpa and uncle. There are countless pictures and memories of the exciting experiences that have been instilled in this same very office that is now called Domino Chiropractic.
In the name of this office, for as long as Dr. Henson can possibly remember has been known as, “The Domino Hall”. Which later found it was given its name because all of the men in the town would come to play dominoes with Dr. Hensons Grandpa Sterling and Uncle Boogie.
As Dr. Henson began the starting renovation stages of “The Domino Hall” that he grew up in, he came upon receipts in a small handmade box that was tucked in the back of a cabinet. The receipts read that for land and materials for the building of the elementary school, the little league fields, the community center, the Boy Scout house, and the WCYF. After discussing the receipts with his mother, Dr. Henson learned that his Uncle Boogie, Grandpa Sterling, and some other men would put their money together in this same office to help build this town and build this community. Something Dr. Henson never knew anything about because his family and families friends were so humble enough to never have to boast about it.
Now that Dr. Henson is back in his hometown, Boling, TX, he decided that his clinic would be called “DOMINO CHIROPRACTIC” to honor their memory in helping this community in any way that he can, the same as they did.
